Been there, done that. Start by taking out every monster in the RUINS, and don't leave any survivors in each area. You'll know you're on the right path when nobody shows up in random encounters anymore.
To activate the Genocide Run, you need to kill every monster in each area until you get a message saying that nobody came. Keep in mind that by doing this, you'll eventually face some of the toughest fights in the game!
Just keep killing everything that moves, no exceptions. It鈥檚 called a Genocide Run for a reason. Good luck!
