You gotta hack the lures first. Use your Codex scanner or Synthesis scanner to find and capture Vomvalysts. Once filled, they'll link to Eidolons to trap them.

It's simple really: hack the lure, fill it by hunting Vomvalysts, and then use it to tether Eidolons. Happy hunting!

To activate lures in Warframe, simply get close to them and press the interact button (usually X on PC, Square on PlayStation, and X on Xbox). Then fill 'em up with Eidolon energy by taking them near a synced Eidolon!
