From personal experience, activating PS Plus on another account is a breeze. Make the console primary with the PS Plus account, and you’re golden. I do this to share PS Plus with my siblings' accounts!

Go to the account with PS Plus, head to 'Settings' > 'Account Management' > 'Activate as Your Primary PS4' (or PS5). That’s it, all users on the console can now enjoy PS Plus!
