To get the RivaTuner FPS counter going in The Division 2, open RivaTuner Statistics Server (RTSS), find The Division 2 in the application list, and ensure 'Show On-Screen Display' is set to 'On'. Then, launch the game and you should see those sweet FPS numbers in the corner!

Just open RivaTuner, add The Division 2 to the list if it's not there, and toggle 'Show On-Screen Display'. Voila, FPS magic!

Make sure your RivaTuner and MSI Afterburner are updated. Then just toggle 'Show On-Screen Display' in RTSS. You'll see the FPS in-game.

If all else fails, try restarting both RivaTuner and The Division 2. Sometimes they just need a fresh start! Worked for me.
