Hey there! First, open RivaTuner Statistics Server (RTSS). Click on the 'Add' button and locate 'The Division 2' executable. Add it, then set 'Show On-Screen Display' to 'On' and enter a hotkey to toggle the display! Enjoy those sweet FPS numbers!

RTSS is kinda clunky. Why not try MSI Afterburner? It integrates with RTSS and gives you more control over your overlay.

Easy peasy! Just launch RTSS, add The Division 2 to the list of applications, and make sure 'Show On-Screen Display' is enabled. Voila, you've got FPS stats in-game!
