This lil' artifact can be found in the Lihzahrd Temple's chests, or you can craft it yourself if you're feeling crafty. Just snatch up some Solar Tablet Fragments from the Lihzahrd Temple, and you're good to go. Use the Tablet during daytime in the game, and boom, instant Solar Eclipse!
