To activate the Terminator's endoskeleton in Mortal Kombat 11, you need to select the T-800 and use his Fatal Blow or get knocked out with your final health bar depleted. Enjoy the robotic carnage!

You don't have to do anything special! Just play as the Terminator and let him lose all his health. The endoskeleton animation happens automatically.
