You need to enable the developer console first. After that, use the command `GiveFactionSoldier factionname` (replace 'factionname' with the desired faction like Templar, Reaper, or Skirmisher).

Just type `GiveFactionSoldier Reaper` to add a Reaper, or swap out 'Reaper' with 'Templar' or 'Skirmisher' for different faction characters.

Real talk, if you're not seeing the console, head to your launch options and add `-allowconsole`. Then you're good to go!
