Just go to Settings from the Xbox home screen, navigate to Account > Family settings, and then click on 'Add to family' to follow the instructions.

Easy peasy! On your Xbox, go to Settings > Account > Family settings > Manage family members. Add them there and follow the prompts. Voila!
