You can't directly add friends within Roblox Studio itself, but you can add friends through Roblox first, then collaborate in Studio by sharing your game's access link.

First, add your friend on Roblox! Once you're friends, share the link to your game with them via Studio's Team Create feature.

Honestly, you can鈥檛 add friends directly in Roblox Studio. Add them in Roblox, then invite them to Team Create.
