Open Roblox Studio, go to the View tab, and make sure 'Explorer' and 'Properties' are checked. Then, right-click on StarterGui, select 'Insert Object', and choose 'ScreenGui'. You can then add TextLabels, Frames, or whatever you want to your new ScreenGui.

Easiest way: right-click StarterGui, select 'Insert Object', and pick 'ScreenGui'. Done!
