Just add the link to your profile bio! For posts, you gotta mention 'Link in bio.' Annoying, but it works.
Unfortunately, you can't add clickable links directly in Instagram post captions. You can put the link in your bio with a note in your caption saying 'Link in bio'!
You can't directly add links to regular posts. Use your bio to house the link and direct your followers there.
