Just load up Dolphin and use the System Menu from Tools. Download the files and launch the Mii Channel. You're good to go!

Use the Mii Channel in Dolphin. Go to Tools > 'Perform Online System Update' to download required files and then just create your Mii!

Forget all that stuff—just copy your existing Mii files from your Wii to Dolphin using an SD card. It’s quick and saves you some clicks.
