How to add a quiz to Instagram Story
Super easy! Just open your Instagram app, swipe right to access the Stories camera, snap a photo or video (or upload one), then tap the sticker icon at the top. Select the 'Quiz' sticker and customize your quiz questions and answers. Have fun!

From my experience, all you gotta do is use the Stories camera, click on the sticker icon, choose 'Quiz,' and start creating your questions. It's a blast!
