Super simple! Just go to the Workspace tab, right-click to insert a Part, and then use the TextLabel or SurfaceGui to add text to your sign.

I've done this a million times! First, insert a Part in the Workspace. Then, add a SurfaceGui to the Part and insert a TextLabel as a child of the SurfaceGui. Customize the text and colors to your heart's content!

Adding a sign is easy. Insert a Part, add a SurfaceGui, and then simply insert a TextLabel. Voila, you've got a sign!
