As someone who shares tunes all the time, I can confirm: Start a post, tap Photo/Video, select Music, choose your song, and you're golden!
Just so you know, you can't add full songs directly to posts. Use the Music sticker in Stories or videos instead.
I find it easiest to use the Facebook app on mobile: Start your post, tap 'Photo/Video,' select 'Music,' choose your jam, and post away!
