Easy peasy! Just open Steam on your Steam Deck, go to 'Games' in the menu, and click 'Activate a Product on Steam'. Enter your key and you're good to go!

Just did this yesterday! Boot up your Steam Deck, go to the Library, click the '+' icon, and select 'Activate a Product on Steam'. Follow the prompts and type in your Steam key!
