I use stories all the time. Just swipe right from your home feed to open the camera, take your pic or vid, and then click 'Your Story'. Super simple!
Start by opening Instagram, then swipe right or tap the '+' on your profile pic at the top. Shoot or select a photo/video, jazz it up with stickers, and click 'Your Story'. Bam!
