First, make sure you're a member with the privilege to build things in the dojo. Head to your dojo, pull up the Clan menu, and find the room you want to place the transporter in. Then, simply interact with the console, choose 'Decorate,' and you should see the option to add a transporter. Stand back and let the teleports commence!

For real tho, you need to be a Clan Architect or higher. Go to the desired room in your dojo, open the Esc menu, choose Decorations, and you'll find the transporter there. Easy peasy, just make sure you have the required resources.

Just make sure you have the right permissions, go to your dojo, and use the console to decorate. Look for the transporter option and place it where you want.

Takes some resources and permissions but it's in the decorator menu. Just poke around.
