Just head to the settings of your Page, find 'Page Roles,' and you can add the person and select 'Admin' from there. Simple as pie!
Click 'Settings' at the top of your Page, then 'Page Roles.' Enter a name or email in the box, select 'Admin,' and hit 'Add.' Done and done.
From personal experience, it's as simple as going to 'Settings' > 'Page Roles,' typing the person's name or email, selecting 'Admin,' and clicking 'Add.' Works like a charm!
