Easy peasy! Go to your group, click 'Members' on the left sidebar. Find the member you want to make an admin, click the three dots next to their name, and select 'Make Admin.' Done!
Adding an admin can only be done through the desktop version, really. Cheers!
Just go to your group, hit 'Members' under the group cover photo, find the member you want to promote, click the three dots by their name, and pick 'Make Admin.'
