Easy peasy! Go to your Facebook Page, click 'Settings' at the top, then 'Page Roles' in the left column. Enter the person's name or email under 'Assign a New Page Role' and select 'Admin' from the dropdown menu. Hit 'Add' and you're done!
I’ve done this a bunch! Just head to your page, click on ‘Settings,’ then ‘Page Roles,’ and type in the person’s name or email. Make sure to select ‘Admin’ and then click ‘Add.’ They get an invite, they accept, everyone’s happy!
