You just need to have two Sims in a romantic relationship, get them to move in together, and then select 'Add a Baby' from the crib! Easy peasy!
Wait, you don't already have a Sim couple living together? Get them in a crib (figuratively!), tap that crib, and voil脿, baby on the way!
To add an infant, make sure you have a crib in your Sim's house, tap on the crib, and choose the 'Add a Baby' option. Boom, baby time!
