Easy peasy! Go to your Facebook Page, hit 'Settings' at the top right, then 'Page Roles' on the left. Enter the new admin's name or email, select 'Admin', and click 'Add'. You're done!
I had to do this last week! Just navigate to your page, select 'Settings', 'Page Roles', type the person's name or email, choose 'Admin', and hit 'Add'. Easy!
