Actually, in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, you're not exactly adding new 'houses' for yourself but for potential new villagers. After upgrading from your tent to a house and progressing a bit, Tom Nook will task you with setting up plots for new villagers. It's these plots that become new houses once inhabited. So, if you're looking to expand the community, talk to Tom Nook about purchasing and placing new housing plots!

Adding another house in Animal Crossing is pretty straightforward! First, you gotta make sure you've paid off your initial tent's loan to Tom Nook. After that, chat with him at Resident Services. He'll offer the option to build a new house for a tidy sum of Bells. Just pony up the cash, and you're all set to place a new house wherever you fancy on your island!

Just pay Tom Nook a bunch of Bells. That raccoon knows how to make a deal.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
