Super easy! Just make sure the second person has a user account on the same Switch console. When they open the game, Animal Crossing will ask if they want to live on the same island. Say yes, and voila, new islander alert!

Actually, it's more fun to have your own island. Why crowd one when you can have two?

No biggie, just start the game with the second player's user account and choose the option to move into your existing island. Terraforming duos, here you come!

Been there, done that! My sister and I share an island. She started playing on her account, chose to join my island, and now we're the best (and sometimes worst) neighbors ever. It's like having a roommate without the mess.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
