Adding a baby is easy-peasy. Just buy a crib, place it in the home, and select 'Add a Baby.' Voil脿, instant family expansion!
I added a baby by first making sure my Sims were partner-status and then buying a crib. The 'Add Baby' option popped up, and soon enough, I had a little Sim to take care of!
Just tap the crib and select 'Add a Baby'. Nothing more to it, really.
First, you'll need two Sims in a romantic relationship. Build the Children's Store, then buy a crib from the home store. Have the couple use the 'Try For Baby' action by selecting the crib. Wait for the stork!
