You gotta locate the folder usually at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg. Just drop your files in there and fire up the game!

Easy peasy! Just drop your .cfg files into the tf/cfg folder in your Team Fortress 2 directory. Restart the game and you're good to go!

Adding cfg files is unnecessary nowadays. Most settings can be adjusted in-game through the options menu.

Navigate to the Steam Library, right-click on Team Fortress 2, then Properties, Local Files, and Browse Local Files. Find tf/cfg and add your .cfg files there. Boom.

...you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

This includes gift cards from all your favorite brands, like Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Roblox, and many, many more!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
