Just go to 'Explorer', find 'StarterPlayer', and make sure 'LoadDefaultChat' is checked. Boom. Chat enabled.

To add chat in Roblox Studio, just enable the 'Classic Chat' or 'Bubble Chat' from the 'Chat' settings under 'StarterPlayer' in the Explorer. Easy peasy!

From my experience, you just need to enable 'Bubble Chat' from the 'Chat' settings. Players love seeing their messages above their avatars!
