How to Add Decals in Roblox Bloxburg
First, find the decal you want on Roblox’s website and copy its ID. Then in Bloxburg, place a decal frame in build mode, click it, and paste the ID. Voilà!

Easy peasy! Go into build mode, select a picture frame, click on 'Change Picture', and paste the decal code from the Roblox library!
To add decals in Bloxburg, go into build mode, select the 'Decoration' category, and then choose the 'Decal' item. Once placed, click on the decal and input a Roblox decal ID!
