You can't directly add Discord to your PS5, but you can link your account to show your PS5 activity on Discord. Go to Settings on your PS5, select Users and Accounts, then choose the Link with Other Services option.

I've personally linked my Discord account to my PS5 to show what games I'm playing. Head to your PlayStation settings and find the Link with Other Services option!

You can't, plain and simple. Just use your phone or PC for Discord while you game on your PS5.
