First, you need to make sure the downloaded music files are stored on your computer. Then, open Spotify on your desktop, go to 'Settings', scroll down to 'Local Files', and switch on 'Show Local Files'. After that, click 'Add a Source' to select the folders where your music is stored, and voilà, your music should now appear under 'Local Files' in your Spotify library!

Drop your tunes into your 'Music' or any designated folder, then head to Spotify's desktop app, tap on 'Edit' (or 'Spotify' on Mac) -> 'Preferences' -> enable 'Local Files'. They'll magically appear in your library!

Pro-tip: Use the desktop app to manage your local files. Mobile doesn't support direct uploads!

You can't add downloaded music directly via mobile. Use the desktop app!
