I've done this a bunch of times. Head to your profile, select 'Edit Profile', then go to 'Contact Options' and type in your email. Simple as that.
Straightforward stuff: Profile > Edit Profile > Contact Info > Add Email. You're good to go!
Just hit 'Edit Profile' on your profile page, scroll to 'Contact Options', and add your email there – boom, done!
Why bother? No one reads emails anymore! Just kidding, Profile > Edit Profile > Contact Info, then add your email.
