You don鈥檛 need to add family members directly to PlayStation Plus. They just need to use the same console that has the PS Plus subscription.
To add family members to your PlayStation Plus, you need to set up Family Management on your PS4 or PS5. Go to Settings > Parental Controls/Family Management > Family Management > Add Family Member. From there, you can create a new user or add an existing user to your family.
