How to Add Fortnite on Steam
You can't directly add Fortnite to Steam since it's not available on the Steam store. But, you can add it as a 'non-Steam game' to your Steam library. Just open Steam, go to 'Add a Game' at the bottom left, select 'Add a Non-Steam Game,' then find your Fortnite .exe file and add it. Easy peasy!

If you really want Fortnite in your Steam library, you can add it as a non-Steam game. I did this last week and it works like a charm! Just navigate to 'Add a Game' in Steam, select 'Add a Non-Steam Game,' and point it to your Fortnite installation. Boom, done!
Forget it, Steam loves its own games. Use Epic Games Launcher for Fortnite.
