To add FoxBots in Team Fortress Classic, download the FoxBot installer from the official website or a trusted source. Extract the files into the Team Fortress Classic directory, usually 'Steam/steamapps/common/Half-Life/tfc'. Then, configure the 'liblist.gam' file by adding the line `gamedll dlls/foxbot.dll` at the end. Restart the game, and you should have the bots ready to go!

Just download FoxBot, extract it to your TFC folder, and tweak the 'liblist.gam' file to include `gamedll dlls/foxbot.dll`. Simple as that!

Honestly, just Google 'FoxBot Team Fortress Classic install' and follow a guide. It's quicker than asking here.
