Super simple! Just go to the main menu, hit the social tab (the one with the icon of two heads), and type in your friend’s Epic Games username. Voila! Friend request sent!

Open up Fortnite, go to the Social menu (the icon looks like a little person), and then search for your friend's Epic Games username. Send a friend request, and once they accept, you'll be able to play together!
