How to add friends in Team Fortress 2
It's super easy! Just open your Steam overlay while in-game (Shift + Tab), go to 'Friends,' and hit 'Add a Friend.' From there, you can search for your buddy and add them!

You can also add friends directly through the Steam client. Simply find their profile and click 'Add Friend.' Once they accept, you'll see them in your in-game friends list.
Add friends like a pro: Join a server, find a player you like, open the scoreboard (tab key), right-click their name, and select 'Add Friend.' Boom, instant buddy!
You don't need a guide. Just do it through Steam like every other game. It's pretty straightforward.
