Easy peasy! Just hop into the Social menu, find your buddy's Ubisoft username, and invite them to be friends. See you in D.C.!

Go to the main menu, select 'Social,' then 'Friends,' and you can add friends by their Ubisoft name. Simple as that!

I've done this a million times. Just head to the Social tab, click on 'Add Friend,' and search their Ubisoft ID. Takes like 2 seconds.
