Easy-peasy! Connect a USB drive with your game backups to your PS3, open MultiMAN, and navigate to the File Manager (mmOS). Drag and drop the games from the USB to the /dev_hdd0/GAMES folder. Restart MultiMAN, and you should see your games listed!

Just transfer your game files to a FAT32 USB drive, plug it into your PS3, and use MultiMAN's File Manager to move them to /dev_hdd0/GAMES. Reload MultiMAN, and you're good to go!
