Just drag and drop, folks! Well, almost. Make sure your GOG games are already on your Steam Deck. Use the 'Add a Non-Steam Game' feature in Steam's 'Games' menu. Find your game's .exe file, add it, and you're all set.

First off, adding GOG games to Steam Deck is like trying to mix oil and water – they're not designed to mingle, but with a little effort, you can make it work. Transfer your GOG game files to your Steam Deck first. Then, launch Steam, go to 'Games' in the top menu, and select 'Add a Non-Steam Game to My Library'. Browse to where you stored your GOG game files, select the executable, and add it. Voila! Your GOG game now lives in your Steam library, albeit without some of the Steam-specific features.

Honestly, why bother? Just enjoy Steam's massive library. GOG's cool and all, but Steam's where it's at for the Deck.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
