Easy peasy! Just plug your headphones into the 3.5mm jack on your Xbox One controller. If your controller doesn't have a jack, you'll need a Stereo Headset Adapter.

Got a wireless headset? Make sure it's compatible, then sync it by following the manufacturer's pairing instructions. Most have a dedicated button for Xbox.
