Pretty simple! Both players need to make sure they're friends on Roblox first. Then, join the same game, and you should see each other in the player list. Easy peasy!
Just get on the same WiFi and join the same game. Instant friendship!
From your Xbox, press the 'View' button while in Roblox, go to 'Friends,' and you can add them there. Just make sure you both have the friend requests accepted.
Why bother? Just play separately; you'll each have more fun that way.
