Why bother with more crew? It's not like they do the dishes!
In Starfield, adding more crew to your spaceship is easy! Just visit space stations or planets and look for people to recruit. Make sure you have enough room on your ship for them!
When playing Starfield, I found that visiting busy outposts often led to recruiting cool new crew mates!
Just get more crew through the main missions, side quests, or by exploring the galaxy.
