I've done it a million times: upload to Stories, tap the sticker icon, choose 'Music', and pick your jam. Done and dusted.
Upload your photo to Instagram Stories, then hit the sticker icon and select the 'Music' option. Pick your song, adjust the clip, and voila!
Why bother? Photos don't need music!
