From my experience, using the Stories feature is the quickest way to add music to your Facebook post. Just select 'Music' from the stickers icon!
You can also add songs from the Facebook Music catalog by clicking the 'Music' option during the post creation. It's super easy!
Honestly, the easiest way is to use another app to edit your video with music, then upload that video to Facebook.
