Just set the PS4 or PS5 as your primary console for the account with PS Plus. Then, other accounts on that console can share the subscription.

Sharing is caring! Set your console as primary for the PS Plus account. All users on that console get the benefits.

Buy a separate subscription for the second account. Each account needs its own PS Plus for multiplayer, though sharing is possible on the same console.
