Cross-play is your best bet! Some games support cross-platform play, so you can team up with your PS4 friends in games like Fortnite, Rocket League, and Call of Duty: Warzone.
Unfortunately, you can't directly add PS4 friends on Xbox because they use separate friend systems. But, in some cross-platform games like Fortnite or Minecraft, you can add and play with friends through the game's own friend system!
