Super easy! Just go to your PSN profile, select 'Friends', then 'Search' and type their PSN ID. Hit 'Add Friend' and you're set!

From the PS5 home screen, navigate to the 'Game Base' menu, then 'Search for Players'. Just enter their PSN ID and send a friend request!
