GeForce Experience doesn't auto-detect Roblox sometimes. Manually add the Roblox directory by going to 'Games' -> 'Scan' and adding the folder path.

Had this issue too! Just open GeForce Experience, hit the settings icon (gear), go to 'Games' & 'Apps', and add the directory where Roblox is installed. Easy peasy.
